Dispatch
Every order is dispatched from Australia within one to two business days of being placed. Every parcel is tracked, and your tracking number is sent to you the moment it ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship to fifteen countries:
- Australia
- Typically 2–6 business days after dispatch.
- New Zealand
- Typically 4–10 business days after dispatch.
- United States, Canada
- Typically 6–12 business days after dispatch.
- United Kingdom
- Typically 6–12 business days after dispatch.
- France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland
- Typically 6–12 business days after dispatch.
- Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea
- Typically 6–12 business days after dispatch.
These windows are typical, not promised — carriers have their own weather. If a parcel is taking clearly longer than it should, write to us and we will chase it with the carrier on your behalf.
Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on destination, before you pay.
Duties and taxes
Orders that leave Australia may attract import duties or local taxes on arrival, set by the customs authority of the country they arrive in. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Addresses and delivery
Please check your address carefully at checkout — we dispatch quickly, so there is a short window to correct a mistake. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or delivery was not collected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional postage may apply.
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will make it right — replacement or refund, your choice, as the Australian Consumer Law provides.
Returns
All sales are final — we do not offer change-of-mind returns, except where the law says otherwise: faulty pieces are always repaired, replaced or refunded, and orders delivered in the United Kingdom or the European Union may be cancelled within fourteen days of delivery under the consumer law there. The detail is in the terms.
