The house
Voyage la Lumière
Journey the light. It is stitched on the first piece and it is the whole plan.
One piece at a time
We do not make collections. We make a piece, and we do not make the next one until the first is exactly what it should be. There is no season, no calendar, no countdown. When something is ready, it appears; between appearances, the house goes quiet.
The first piece is Le Vert-de-Grèce — a six-panel trucker in brushed suede, named for the green that copper earns by standing in the weather. It is made in one other colour, Le Rouge-de-Cuivre, a deep burgundy, and nothing else about it changes. Everything about the way we work is in that name: the good things arrive slowly, and they arrive on their own terms.
What we hold to
- Stitched, never printed. If a mark cannot be embroidered, it does not go on.
- No manufactured urgency. No countdown clocks, no artificial scarcity, no discounts.
- The catalogue tells the truth. What we have not verified, we say we have not verified.
- If the make fails you, we put it right.
The list
There is a list, and it hears from us only when there is something to say — first word on the next piece, before it exists anywhere else. You can join it from the bottom of the main page.
